This policy is for the personal SMS program operated by Nicholas Bonanno (Lincoln Crest). It is not a Lockhart Management Group or Lockhart Storage policy.

This site may collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the pages. That data is not used to build a marketing list.
Information we collect
If you opt in to texts, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your SMS opt-in and opt-out status, and the date of that consent
- Message delivery status and replies such as START, STOP, or HELP
- Basic technical data if you visit this website (such as IP address and browser type)
We do not collect payment card data on this site. We do not run a marketing list.
How we use it
We use your number only to send the transactional alerts you opted into (email and task notices), to confirm opt-in or opt-out, and to reply to HELP. We use website technical data only to operate and secure this site.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are shared only with the SMS provider that delivers the messages (Twilio), strictly to send the texts you requested and under that provider's confidentiality terms.
How to opt out and request deletion
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and then no further program messages. After you opt out, we keep the number only as needed to honor the opt-out and meet legal or carrier requirements, then delete or de-identify it. Data security
We limit access to this information and use our SMS provider's security controls to store and send messages. No method of transmission is completely secure.
