Who runs this

These texts are sent by Nicholas Bonanno, a sole proprietor, doing business as Lincoln Crest. This is a personal transactional alert program. It is not a Lockhart Management Group, Lockhart Storage, or other company messaging program.

The program

If you opt in, you may receive informational SMS messages about time-sensitive email and task alerts. Messages are not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in

Text START to (813) 578-4950. You will receive a confirmation reply. By texting START, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and then no more program messages. Reply START to opt in again.
